An effort to help those out on the streets is rolling along on the West Side. An RV, packed with supplies and food, parks twice a month to help the homeless.
It’s called the Love Truck, run by Jeanette Bradley through her Second Chance Ministries.
She said it was a calling last December and has been in operation since March.
“There’s a big parking lot at Broad and Grubb, that’s where we meet and take care of all the people,” said Bradley. “Because I used to be homeless and I used to be an addict and an alcoholic and I used to be on the streets.”
